Groin Guard size
In my experience they work really well although with someone with larger thighs “Football legs” the lower part of the groin guard could feel really uncomfortable and scratch your thighs. Otherwise they are a really good pair and whould recommend them to friends and co-workers with skinnier thighs. If ASKARI could make groin guards for thicker thighs that whould be highly appreciated.

Most efficient cup I've used! (comftable aswell)
Probally the best cup I've used during my years of training, fits perfectly and doesn't move around whilst training and most importantly it does a great work shielding what needs to be shielded, absolutely love it!
