Prices
All prices listed on the website include a Swedish value-added tax of 25 %. Charges for tolls and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. Confirmation
A purchase agreement is concluded only when we confirmed your order and you received the order confirmation from us by e–mail.

If you are fast and we haven’t shipped it yet we might be able to help you. Please send us an email or give us a call as soon as possible.

You can always change the currency in the upper right corner. Choose between Swedish Krona(SEK), Australian Dollars(AUD), United Kingdom Pound(GBP), Euro(EURO) and American Dollars(USD), and many more currencies.
Reviews
At Askari, we value the opinions of our customers and encourage them to leave honest and constructive reviews. However, to maintain the integrity of our review system, we reserve the right to not publish reviews submitted from email addresses that do not exist in our database or are not associated with any orders. This helps us ensure that all reviews are legitimate and provide valuable feedback for other customers.
Shipping
We ship Worldwide from Sweden.
All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched. Please allow 3 working days for all orders to process. All orders will be shipped out on normal weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. For all shipping please include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 working days, please contact customer service. Thank you.

We deliver to all corners of the world. Delivery estimate is 1-5 working days from dispatch depending on what shipping service you choose.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country outside the EU countries.

DHL Express offers several convenient and flexible delivery options for your shipment. During shipping, you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery [ODD] portal where you simply select your preferred delivery option.
Should this not fit with your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where, and when you want delivery to take place. DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options.

Taxes
All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country. We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each package.
Ordering Custom Made Clothing and Gear
Ordering custom clothing and gear is easy, but it's important to understand our shipping policies. When you order custom items such as muay thai shorts, MMA shorts, boxing gloves, or any other custom product, they will be shipped directly from our factory located outside the European Union (EU).
If you're an EU customer, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery. Customers outside the EU will also be responsible for paying taxes and duties, as is typical when ordering from international companies.
Keep in mind that all international customers are responsible for paying customs import taxes and duties within their own country.
To help you with this process, we will include an invoice with each parcel, stating the full amount of the package.
EXCHANGES
FREE EXCHANGES*
Here at Askari, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders.
We know that not every purchase will fit and exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy exchanges. For exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost for free* to ensure a smooth process.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if you want a free exchange. Please note that free exchanges do not apply to sale items.
Please note that the 30-day return period applies to all products, except for those that fall under specific exceptions such as sale items, custom-made products or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened.
SALE ITEMS*
You have 14 days from the day after you receive the order to request an exchange or return on a sale item. For these items, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your return, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.
Exchange
If you want to exchange for another size or a new product, we will provide you a free return label that you can print out and send back the product you want to exchange.
Once we have received your return we will immediately send you the new size or product you want to exchange to. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department. If the size or product is unavailable, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item which you may use to purchase a new product.
Please note that if you initially requested a free return label to exchange your item/items but later decide to return them for a refund instead, a fee of between €14 - €18, depending on where you live in the world, will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label, as we only offer free exchanges and not free returns.
If you prefer, you can also choose store credit or exchange the item for another product of similar value. We take care of all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of the return label to us and the new shipping to you, this can be costly, but we want to provide you with the best service possible, so you can shop with peace of mind knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.
Put a note inside the package of your order number and full name, and what products and sizes you would like to exchange, so we can easily find your order and make a smooth exchange.

RETURNS
Return Policy:
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for sending it back to us.
However, if you are having difficulty finding a way to return your order, we can provide you with a return label for a fee of between €14 - €18, depending on where you live in the world, which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange an item instead of returning it, we will gladly provide you with a free return label at no extra cost.
Please contact us for any assistance with returns or exchanges, and we will do our best to ensure a smooth process for you. We want to ensure your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer service possible.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
The goods must have been unused and are in new condition All products must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke/smell-free condition.
All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.
Please ensure that you clearly mark the shipment as a return on any customs forms or documents to avoid any additional charges upon arrival in Sweden.
No return
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on groin guards, mouthguards, ankle guards, and other hygienic products, even if they are new.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
- We do not accept exchange or return on custom-made designed products.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
You can always feel safe when buying from Askari. All items received for return within 30 days will be completely refunded. If an item is received between 30-45 days, it will be returned as store credit. Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our warehouse. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items depending on your bank.
We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns.
Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Damaged/Defective Goods
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for an order replacement of a new product. Notification past the 3-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Reclamation
We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Faulty/Incorrect Goods
We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bare the cost of shipping if you receive the wrong or faulty product/s. Always keep proof of your return until we receive your package.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
