All payments are processed securely. Your payment information is never stored by us. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

Prices

All prices listed on the website include a Swedish value-added tax of 25 %. Charges for tolls and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. An estimation of charges for each country can be obtained here.

Confirmation

A purchase agreement is concluded only when we have confirmed your order, and you have received the order confirmation from us by e–mail.

We ship Worldwide from Sweden.

All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched. Please allow 3 working days for all orders to process. All orders will be shipped out on normal weekdays, Monday to Friday.

Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order, as we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. For all shipping, please include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery. Shipping World Wide

We deliver to all corners of the world. Delivery estimate is 1-5 working days from dispatch depending on what shipping service you choose. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country outside the EU.

Carriers

Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord. International orders are shipped with UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

We are pleased to offer fast and convenient shipping options for our customers. For those located in Sweden, we offer always free shipping with a delivery time of 1-2 business days. For our international customers, we offer free shipping for orders over 200€ with a delivery time of 2-5 business days via UPS. Taxes

All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country. We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each package.

Ordering Custom Made Clothing and Gear

Ordering custom clothing and gear is easy, but it's important to understand our shipping policies. When you order custom items such as Muay Thai shorts, MMA shorts, boxing gloves, or any other custom product, they will be shipped directly from our factory located outside the European Union (EU).

If you're an EU customer, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery. Customers outside the EU will also be responsible for paying taxes and duties, as is typical when ordering from international companies.

Keep in mind that all international customers are responsible for paying customs import taxes and duties within their own country.

To help you with this process, we will include an invoice with each parcel, stating the full amount of the package.

EXCHANGES

FREE EXCHANGES*

Here at Askari, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders.
We know that not every purchase will fit, and exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy exchanges. For exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost for free* to ensure a smooth process.

If you want to exchange for another size or a new product, we will provide you with a free return label that you can print out and send back the product you want to exchange.
Once we receive your return, we will immediately send you the new size or product you want to exchange to. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department. If the size or product is unavailable, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item, which you may use to purchase a new product.

TIME LIMIT FOR FREE EXCHANGES:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us for a free exchange. Please note that free exchanges do not apply to sale items. 

Once you’ve notified us of your decision to exchange the goods, you must send them back within 14 days from the date of your notification. If the package is not returned to us within 14 days, the exchange or store credit will not be processed.

Please note that the 30-day return period applies to all products, except for those that fall under specific exceptions such as sale items, custom-made products, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened.

*EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the order to request an exchange on a sale item. For these items, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your return, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.

Please note that EU customers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on sale items in accordance with EU consumer law. The conditions above apply to exchanges and returns beyond this statutory right.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON RETURN LABELS AND REFUNDS

Please note that if you initially requested a free return label to exchange your item/items but later decide to return them for a refund instead, a fee of €12 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label, as we only offer free exchanges and not free returns.

If you prefer, you can also choose store credit or exchange the item for another product of similar value. We take care of all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of the return label to us and the new shipping to you. This can be costly, but we want to provide you with the best service possible, so you can shop with peace of mind knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.

Put a note inside the package with your order number and full name, and what products and sizes you would like to exchange, so we can easily find your order and make a smooth exchange.

To get the free return label for exchanges, you need to contact us at orders@askarifighter.com and tell us your order number and what product you want to exchange.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds

You can always feel confident when buying from Askari. All items* returned within 30 days of receipt will be fully refunded. For example, if you received your order on November 1st, you have until December 1st to contact us to initiate a return and receive a refund.

If you contact us between 30 and 45 days after receiving your order, the return will be processed as store credit. 

  • Within 30 days: Fully refunded.
  • Between 30-45 days: Store credit.

IMPORTANT:

Once you’ve notified us of your decision to return the goods, you must send them back within 14 days from the date of your notification. If the package is not returned to us within 14 days, no refund or store credit will be issued. 

RETURN SALE ITEMS*

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the order to request a return on a sale item. For these items, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. 

REFUND PROCESSING AND RETURN GUIDELINES

Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our warehouse. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items, depending on your bank.

We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns.
Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned.

If you wish to return your order for a refund, we provide a prepaid return label for a fixed fee of €12, which will be deducted from your refund. This is the only return method we accept, as we are unable to process packages sent through other carriers or delivered to pickup points. If you wish to exchange an item instead of returning it, we will gladly provide you with a free return label at no extra cost.

Please contact us for any assistance with returns or exchanges, and we will do our best to ensure a smooth process for you. We want to ensure your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer service possible.

The goods must have been unused and are in new condition All products must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke/smell-free condition.
All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.

Refund of Original Shipping Costs (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers must notify us of their decision to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. When the right of withdrawal is exercised within this 14-day period, the cost of the standard delivery method will be refunded together with the product price.
If the customer selected a faster or premium delivery option such as express shipping, only the cost of our standard delivery will be refunded. Any additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.

Return Deadline
After sending the withdrawal notice to us, the customer must ship the return within the following 14 days.
The customer is responsible for keeping valid proof of shipment, such as a tracking number. Returns sent without proof of shipment, or sent after this 14-day return window, will not be accepted. In such cases, only the product price will be refunded, and any paid return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the EU, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please ensure that you clearly mark the shipment as a return on any customs forms or documents to avoid any additional charges upon arrival in Sweden.

Swedish Customers

For returns, we provide a prepaid return label for 60 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund. This is the only return method we accept. We are unable to process packages sent through other carriers or delivered to service points.

For free exchanges, we will send you a prepaid return label at no extra cost.

No return

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on groin guards, mouthguards, ankle guards, and other hygienic products, even if they are new.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
- We do not accept exchange or return on custom-made designed products.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged/Defective Goods

All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@askarifighter.com. The sooner you let us know, the faster we can help. EU customers retain statutory rights regarding defective goods in accordance with applicable law.

Reclamation

We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

We aim to send you the correct order every time; however, we are all human, and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bear the cost of shipping if you receive the wrong or faulty product/s. Always keep proof of your return until we receive your package.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
