THE ROLE As a Graphic Designer at Askari, you will shape the visual identity of a premium fightwear brand dedicated to Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing, and Bareknuckle fighters. You'll create compelling designs for apparel, gear, marketing materials, and digital content that capture the raw intensity, grit, and underground spirit of combat sports. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing brand rooted in the fight life, helping us expand our presence and build a global community of hardcore fighters and enthusiasts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design high-quality graphics for fightwear products including Streetwear, Fightwear, Muay Thai shorts, MMA shorts, Boxing gloves, T-shirts, Hoodies, Tracksuits, and Custom wear.

· Create print-ready artwork, patterns, sublimation designs, and embroidery files optimized for manufacturing. ·

Develop marketing assets such as social media graphics, banners, email campaigns, website visuals, and promotional materials.

· Create launch content for products, collections, and collaborations that speaks to fighters first. Built around grit, function, and real fight culture.

· Collaborate on branding projects, including logo variations, packaging, and brand guidelines.

· Research trends in combat sports apparel, streetwear, and fight culture to inform innovative designs.

· Prepare and revise mockups, tech packs, and files for production and e-commerce listings.

· Support ad hoc design needs in a fast-paced environment, from digital ads to event visuals.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, sportswear, apparel, or eCommerce (fightwear or combat sports brands a big plus).

· Minimum 3 years’ professional experience or equivalent portfolio demonstrating strong skills.

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Strong understanding of apparel design processes: sublimation printing, screen printing, embroidery, and color separation.

· Ability to create designs that blend performance functionality with streetwear edge and fight culture vibes.

· Portfolio showcasing bold, impactful work – think gritty, powerful visuals that resonate with fighters.

· Experience with digital design for social media, web (Shopify a plus), and marketing.

· Knowledge of trends in Muay Thai, MMA, boxing apparel, and underground fight scenes. · Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

· You thrive in a startup-like atmosphere: hands-on, adaptable, no task too big or small.
