Taxes

Ordering Custom Made Clothing and Gear

Ordering custom clothing and gear is easy, but it's important to understand our shipping policies. When you order custom items such as muay thai shorts, MMA shorts, boxing gloves, or any other custom product, they will be shipped directly from our factory located outside the European Union (EU).

If you're an EU customer, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery. Customers outside the EU will also be responsible for paying taxes and duties, as is typical when ordering from international companies.

Keep in mind that all international customers are responsible for paying customs import taxes and duties within their own country.

To help you with this process, we will include an invoice with each parcel, stating the full amount of the package.

EXCHANGES

FREE EXCHANGES

Here at Askari, weĀ want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders.
We know that not every purchase will fit and exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy exchanges.

Exchange

We offer free exchanges at Askariā„¢.Ā If you want to exchangeĀ for another size or a new product, we will provide you a free returnĀ label that you can print out and send back the product you want to exchange.
Once we have received your return we willĀ immediately send you the new size or product you want to exchange to. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department.Ā If the size or product is not available, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item which you may use to purchase a newĀ product.

Please note that if you initially requested a free return label to exchange your item/items but later decide to return them for a refund instead, a fee of between ā‚¬14 - ā‚¬18, depending on where you live in the world, will be deductedĀ from your refund to cover the cost of the return label, as we only offer free exchanges and not free returns.

If you prefer, you can also choose store credit or exchange the item for another product of similar value. We take care of all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of the return label to us and the new shipping to you, this can be costly, but we want to provide you with the best service possible, so you can shop with peace of mind knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.

Put a note inside the package of yourĀ order number and full name, and what products and sizes you would like to exchange, so we can easily find your order and makeĀ a smooth exchange.

RETURNS

Return Policy:

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for sending it back to us.

However, if you are having difficulty finding a way to return your order, we can provide you with a return label for aĀ fee of betweenĀ ā‚¬14 -Ā ā‚¬18, depending on where you live in the world, which will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to exchange an item instead of returning it, we will gladly provide you with a free return label at no extra cost.

Please contact us for any assistance with returns or exchanges, and we will do our best to ensure a smooth process for you. We want to ensure your satisfaction and strive to provide the best customer service possible.

Original shipping fees areĀ non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The goods must have been unused and are in new condition All products must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke/smell-freeĀ condition.
All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.

Please ensure that you clearly mark the shipment as a return on any customs forms or documents to avoid any additional charges upon arrival in Sweden.

- Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned.
- Limited Edition items cannot be returned.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on groin guards, mouthguards, ankle guards, and other hygienic products, even if they are new.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards.
- We do not accept exchange or return on custom-made designed products.
- Original shipping fees areĀ non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

You can always feel safe when buying from Askari. All items received for return withinĀ 30 daysĀ will be completely refunded. If an item is received between 30-45 days, it will be returned as store credit. Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our warehouse. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items depending on your bank.

We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns.
Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Askari does not cover the cost of the shipping cost for returning items outside of Sweden.

Damaged/Defective Goods

All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for an order replacement of a new product. Notification past theĀ 3-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Reclamation

We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bare the costĀ of shipping if you receive the wrong or faulty product/s. Always keep proof of your return until we receive your package.
