All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country. We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each package.
Ordering custom clothing and gear is easy, but it's important to understand our shipping policies. When you order custom items such as muay thai shorts, MMA shorts, boxing gloves, or any other custom product, they will be shipped directly from our factory located outside the European Union (EU).
If you're an EU customer, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery. Customers outside the EU will also be responsible for paying taxes and duties, as is typical when ordering from international companies.
Keep in mind that all international customers are responsible for paying customs import taxes and duties within their own country.
To help you with this process, we will include an invoice with each parcel, stating the full amount of the package.

We know that not every purchase will fit and exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy exchanges.
We offer free exchanges at Askari™. If you want to exchange for another size or a new product, we will provide you a free return label that you can print out and send back the product you want to exchange.
Once we have received your return we will immediately send you the new size or product you want to exchange to. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department. If the size or product is not available, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item which you may use to purchase a new product.
If you choose to return an item instead of exchanging it, a fee of 18€ will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you prefer, you can also choose store credit or exchange the item for another product of similar value. We take care of all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of the return label to us and the new shipping to you, this can be costly, but we want to provide you with the best service possible, so you can shop with peace of mind knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority.
Put a note inside the package of your order number and full name, and what products and sizes you would like to exchange, so we can easily find your order and make a smooth exchange.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you wish to return your order, you are responsible for sending it back to us. However, if you are having difficulty finding a way to return your order, we can provide you with a return label for a fee of 18€, which will be deducted from your refund. You can always feel safe when buying from Askari. All items received for return within 14 days will be completely refunded. If an item is received between 15-30 days, it will be returned as store credit. Your refund is first processed when the product reaches our warehouse. It usually takes 3-4 days after we receive the items depending on your bank.
We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns.
Please retain the proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Askari does not cover the cost of the shipping cost for returning items outside of Sweden.
All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 3 days for an order replacement of a new product. Notification past the 3-day return window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from purchase to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bare the cost of shipping if you receive the wrong or faulty product/s. Always keep proof of your return until we receive your package.
We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.
